REFUND POLICY

For all payment methods (except Klarna):

Because AP Design & Construction manufactures completely customized and custom-made furniture and designs according to each customer's specifications, we do not accept returns or refunds. Each project is unique and designed specifically for the customer's needs.

For purchases made with Klarna:

According to Klarna's merchant protection policy, customers who pay with Klarna have the right to return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery, with free return shipping for a full refund.
