AP Design & Construction offers customized remodeling and construction services. All our projects are tailor-made according to the customer's specifications.

3. ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION

  • All orders are subject to confirmation and availability
  • Budgets are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • A deposit is required to start any project

4. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Because our services are personalized and custom-made, no returns or refunds are accepted once the project has started.

5. Estimated delivery times

are provided in good faith, but may vary depending on site conditions, availability of materials and other factors.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client must provide adequate access to the work site and obtain all necessary permissions.

7. AP Design & Construction

will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION

Personalized Services Because all our remodeling and construction services are customized and tailor-made according to the unique specifications of each client, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the project has been confirmed and the work has begun.

Cancellation Before the Start

If you want to cancel before work begins, you can do so by notifying us in writing

The initial deposit can be partially or totally retained to cover administrative and planning costs already incurred

Cancellation During the Project

If you cancel after the project has started, you will be responsible for the payment of:

  • All work completed until the cancellation date
  • Materials already purchased for your project
  • Associated administrative costs

Modifications to the Project

  • Modifications to an ongoing project may result in additional costs and extended deadlines
  • All modifications must be approved in writing
